Hello, I’m Raushan Jha, an entrepreneur from India. My journey in entrepreneurship began in 2012 during my teenage years, when I ventured into the world of e-commerce. That early experience gave me invaluable insights into business operations, management, and execution.

My journey also began behind the scenes of a TV set, where I interned at the ‘Star One’ channel. From 2012 to 2014, I delved into the realms of film production, working on several independent projects that significantly enriched my creative and professional experience. In 2014, I took a leap of faith and founded Picture Dekho Productions, a film production company. By 2015, we had completed our debut film, which earned me the distinction of being India’s youngest film producer and secured a national record. The film had a successful theatrical release and was later acquired by NH Studioz, it is now available on Amazon Prime Video.

Over the years, my ventures grew to include the production of multiple web series that garnered millions of views online. In 2020, I founded PDP Music, an independent record label behind several indie hit songs, including one featured in a popular Netflix series. That same year, I also launched PDP Media, which quickly became one of India’s leading influencer marketing and talent management agencies.

In 2021, the Indian Achievers Forum honoured me with the title Entrepreneur of the Year for my contribution to nation-building through entrepreneurship. I also received special recognition for my involvement in World Music Day that year.

Until August 2023, I spearheaded countless successful campaigns for top Indian brands. My strategic acumen has earned me recognition as one of India’s top marketing professionals, acknowledged by both media and industry leaders.

In 2023, I launched a personal care brand called Noocsy. The brand quickly gained traction, with its products trending #1 on Google shortly after launch, and it soon became a profitable business.

Now, I’m stepping into my most ambitious venture yet: Fruitcake, a mobile-first OTT platform for micro dramas, movies, and series.

My entrepreneurial journey has been a remarkable blend of excitement, challenges, and continuous learning,  shaping both my personal and professional growth in profound ways.
